✦ Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso

✦ Full payment should be settled by check in through the following:

• Cash at the Front Desk
• Online Payment Link by Reservation Team

✦ Valid ID with photo or passport must be presented at the Front Desk upon Check-in

✦ Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM; Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early Check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office (subject for availability). If available, charges may apply.

✦ Night extensions are subject for availability

✦ Booking revisions must be arranged through or reservations office

✦ Room rates are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel dates(s)

✦ Guests who opt to pay at the point of check-in have to inform the reservations team the right to release unpaid rooms at 6:00 PM

✦ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 3 days before booked date.

✦ No Show: Guest who does not arrive within twelve (12) hours of the check in date and time of arrival, the resort shall charge the total amount of room reservation

✦ During peak season and holidays, all reservations are required to be guaranteed. Our reservation team will request for pre-payment in the amount of 50% of the booked room via GCASH or thru Bank Transfer as instructed by the reservation team. Okeanus21 Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to submit a screen capture of payment reference prior to the deadline.

To ensure safety and comfort of our valued Resort guests, Okeanus 21 Beach Resort provides the following terms and conditions:

• CHECK-IN TIME : 2:00pm
• CHECK-OUT TIME : 11:00am
• POOL HOURS : 7:00am to 9:00pm(except for brief intervals for cleaning and maintenance)
• BEACH HOURS : until 6:00pm

✦ If the guest wished to check-in early, an additional fee of P500.00 per hour shall be charged with a maximum of three hours extension only. Exceeding the maximum time will be considered as one night stay. And shall the guest wished to extend the check-out time, the same fee as the early check-in shall apply. All subject to room availability.

✦ Security deposit of P2,000.00 per room shall be required, and can be refunded upon check-out. Said security deposit shall cover any loss or damage to property or fixtures, fair amount and extent to be determined by the management.

✦ Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited as designated area for such is provided within the resort vicinity. A penalty of P2,000.00 shall be charged.

✦ Swimming or use of pool beyond the allowed time shall be subject to a fine of P500.00. In case of incidents like vomiting due to intoxication or drunkenness, the guest shall be charged for the cleaning of the pool, to be determined fairly by the management.

✦ Okeanus 21 management may refuse entry or cause forced check-out to guest/guests under the following instances:

• Guest/s behaves in a way that causes trouble of danger to other guests and staff and property of the resort;
• Guest/s whose actions bother other guests or cause nuisance or is otherwise contrary to public order, public policy and morals during their stay.

✦ For any loss or damage of the guests’ personal belongings, the resort shall not be responsible unless such loss or damage was caused due to reasons attributable to the resort staff or management. In case of such loss or damage, it is encouraged that said incident be immediately reported to the management.

✦ Resort guests must observe proper and appropriate swimwear and footwear (guides posted in the reception and pool area).
